Matt Gully, aka Tjilps, is an award-winning music educator, producer, manager and artist with DEM MOB. While teaching at Ernabella Anangu School, Gully developed a music program using hip-hop and contemporary music to re-engage young people who had become disconnected from mainstream education, building individualised learning around the real-world skills students needed as emerging artists.
