With over a decade of global experience in the music industry, Maddy is an accomplished Artist Manager with a proven track record of developing artists, executing successful campaigns and building sustainable careers across local and international markets. She manages the careers of Cat & Calmell and Selve, while also overseeing the day-to-day management operations of Ocean Alley and Jack Botts at UNIFIED Music Group.

Maddy’s career has been defined by a deep understanding of artist development, strategic campaign execution and the evolving landscape of the global music business. She was formerly Label Manager at independent, multi-award-winning label Ourness, as well as the Senior Day to Day Manager of the artists on the roster, including Genesis Owusu. Here she played a pivotal role in shaping the label & artist’s growth, working on campaigns that achieved 11 x ARIA Awards, platinum-certified releases, major festival moments, sold-out global touring and widespread international recognition.
