Emma Gerard is the Safety, Access, and Equity Manager at MusicNT, where her focus is on the implementation of the All Good Project.

This initiative aims to prevent gender-based violence within the live music scene of the Northern Territory. Emma leverages her extensive background in community engagement, music, adult education, and activism to collaborate with venues and festivals, providing training on active bystander intervention and AoD Harm Reduction within the live music scene.
