LIVE MUSIC
Alison Newman
Alison Newman has been singing and writing songs her whole life. After many years as a cover singer she is excited to be performing her own music in this chapter of her musical life. Her band The Tassels bring to life her stories and provide a gutsy back drop to support her powerful voice.
Gernz
Gernz are a three-piece alt-rock band from regional South Australia, blending melody-driven songwriting with the grit and energy of punk and grunge. Drawing from the attitude of the ’90s and the energy of early-2000s rock, the band channels those influences into a sound that feels distinctly modern and unmistakably Australian.
Sexy As Shit
Sexy As Shit (SAS) is a solo indie artist from Berrin/Mount Gambier, South Australia. Sole member “Cowboy” Collins has no boundaries when creating music, drawing influences from 2000’s indie sleaze, 80’s synthpop, and comedy sitcoms. The end result is “not dance music, but music you can dance to”. Paired with the bombastic live show, Sexy As Shit is not only making waves but surfing them too.
Stokes
Originating from the Limestone Coast region in Mount Gambier, South Australia, Stokes are a dynamic trio of young lads whose music is a tasty blend of garage, surf and R&B styles. Stokes self-produced and released their debut single “Bungalow” to the world in September 2021. With reverb flavoured guitars, tight drum and bass section, haunting vocals and even a strong percussion breakdown, the song has become a staple in their live sets. The trio followed this single with their debut self-titled EP “Stokes” released one year later September 2022, which displays the band’s sonic diversity in the styles of music they perform and love.
