Inspired by the disposable, DIY ethos of the original Little Bands movement which formed as a statement against the music industry’s co-opting of punk, this late-night showcase is curated by Stuart Grant of Primitive Calculators (founders of the ‘70s little bands scene) and Mario Fraietta – owner of Howl & Moan Records, Byron Bay’s only Record Store. Expect short sets from new combinations of collaborators, celebrating small-scale chaos, sonic experimentation, and Northern Rivers community spirit! All welcome, BYO, limited capacity.
