Laura is a creative producer, strategist and community catalyst. As Executive Producer of the Regional & Remote Music Summit, first in Darwin for MusicNT (2024) and now in Byron Bay for MusicNSW (2025), she partners with industry, artists and communities to amplify regional music.

Through her independent consultancy, she delivers music informed social-impact initiatives: managing an indie label for the Hush Foundation (three AIR nominations), curating music for the The Unconformity Festival, consulting on Hobart’s Macquarie Point Precinct Plan and producing the inaugural Tasmanian Songbook Project.

Laura’s the former CEO of Music Tasmania (2015–20) where she led the advocacy and strategic development of the island’s contemporary music sector.
