Kaleena Smith is a proud Wiradjuri/Yorta Yorta woman based on Gadigal Land, with over 26 years’ experience in the industry.

She is a member of the music duo Stiff Gins and currently serves as the First Nations Director of Ensemble Offspring.

As MusicNSW’s First Nations Development Coordinator, she connects artists with pathways through workshops, funding opportunities, and mentoring, while also helping them grow their networks across local and national communities.

Kaleena is passionate about working with and for mob to ensure First Nations voices are amplified, respected, and embedded in the fabric of the music industry.
