Joji Malani is a Fijian-Australian artist, creative producer, and cultural strategist working at the intersection of music, storytelling, and regional cultural development. A founding member of Gang of Youths, Joji now leads The Broth Group. A creative and infrastructure building ecosystem focused on amplifying Pacific voices, enabling artist mobility, and reshaping how music, place, and cultural identity intersect across Australia and the region.

Through Broth Records, Broth Creative, and Broth Social, Joji curates platforms for emerging artists, underrepresented voices, and touring acts that operate outside the traditional metro circuits. His work champions the creation of alternative touring networks, localized recording residencies, and artist-led partnerships that connect remote and regional areas to global audiences.

Joji is a strong advocate for artist-first pathways, particularly for First Nations and Pacific communities, and works closely with councils, venues, festivals, and international partners to design culturally intelligent infrastructure.
