Ashlyn Jada Koh has been involved in the Western Australian music scene for the past 10 years as a performer, band manager, programmer, and tour manager.

She is the founder of First Block Sounds, a music development initiative based in the West Kimberley, that has delivered impactful community-based projects such as Women in Music and Women in the Arts in the Mowanjum community, focusing on cultural safety, creativity, and emotional wellbeing. These programs created safe spaces for women to explore songwriting, self-expression, and mental health through the arts. She also continues to support young regional talent through creative development sessions and one-on-one mentoring.

Ashlyn co-runs Sad Cowgirl Tours, an arts-based production business dedicated to creating immersive experiences that blend music, touring, and community engagement.

In 2023, she took on the role of New Noise Facilitator for West Australian Music (WAM), where she delivers workshops focused on music, mental health, and community wellbeing.
